Sesame Noodle

I have no interest in making separate meals. Like ever. Dinner every night is plenty!

But I do love hosting. And sometimes - vegans come for dinner. So I make a meal rich in protein that is tasty and filling enough for everyone. Even the growing, self proclaimed carnivorous teenagers.

A white bowl with a blue rim filled with delicious sesame noodles with sprouts and broccoli and tofu. Wooden serving spoons are on the edges of the bowl.
